2009 Calendar

July 31 and August 1, 2009
Annual Summer Hook-in

Sign up now for a Chin-Waggin’ good time at our annual summer hook-in. Registration begins each day at 8:00 AM. The cost to members is $30 per day and vendors need to add an additional $25 for the booth fee. The current schedule (subject to change) includes Linda Rae Coughlin, Anne-Marie Littenberg, The famous Hinesburg Hookers, Molly Colgrove, a Board survey activity, optional Yankee Swap Friday evening, and Rae’s fantastic auction on Saturday afternoon. You will receive all the proceeds from any auction items you sell. We are hoping for a dye lesson, but no promises there! Remember if you want to participate in the Yankee Swap to please bring a wrapped gift (re-gift something you already have or are ready to pass on) in the spirit of a Yankee Swap, no new purchases. We also have an exciting line up of vendors you will totally enjoy. While we don’t have an organized third day (Sunday) many people are staying over on Saturday night so we all can get together.

We will be at the Rutland Holiday Inn again this year. Discounted rooms are available for $92 per night until July 27, 2009. (802) 773-6130 Remember they don’t have an elevator when you make your reservation. Breakfast is not included, but is available in the restaurant. We provide lunch only on both days. Dinner is on your own.
